海外注册新巨人征途网游赴美上市
据消息人士透露，史玉柱近期在海外已独立注册了新“巨人”公司，接盘网游业务，谋求征途科技公司到美国纳斯达克上市。征途公司昨天拒绝对这一消息发表评论。
早在今年年初史玉柱就表示，将在今年第四季度把他的征途网络游戏打包到纳斯达克上市。8月11日，史玉柱在上海再次透露征途科技正在谋求上市，按照进展，这一过程在数月内完成。史玉柱虽然拒绝透露具体细节，但承认公司已处在上市静默期。本月16日，征途科技将对外推出收费版《征途》，一改以往靠卖装备赚钱的免费模式，外界猜测这是为了迎合纳斯达克的胃口所作出的举措。
有分析认为，如果史玉柱“巨人”公司成功海外上市，加上其在保健品和金融业的投资所得，他的资产将超过500亿元，有望成为中国内地新首富。
业内人士认为，征途网游业务近期能否在海外顺利上市仍存在不确定因素。从去年9月8日开始实施的《外国投资者并购境内企业暂行规定》，让中国企业外资并购、赴海外上市面临更为复杂的手续和商务部的审核。以前很多公司都是通过引入外资或在海外注册新公司来实现海外上市，但这一新规定使得这种上市方式不再顺利。
